Bach was a forceful, original composer, whose legacy influenced almost all western music, and he was also a dedicated student of the keyboard. Always exploring new ways to share his knowledge of the instrument, and Bach worked to ensure that the novice keyboardist would use the proper technique.

This is a collection of some of the simpler, more accessible pieces that help foster correct technique, yet presents all of the melodic beauty and harmonic sophistication for which Bach is known.
